allrighty heres some long overdue pictures of my trade bow, it's made from a piece of osage about 12 years old, and layed in a guys wood pile for 8. the outer rings were almost completely rotted off and what was left was riddled with bug holes, this stave started out about 70" long, 4" wide and 5" deep, i ended with 58"x1 3/4"x 1" of usable wood. it is backed with 2 layers of muley sinew and one of antelope, with a beautiful set of diamondback watersnake skins from ciperiano, and black horse hair from a real good horse of mine that died this past winter. she's about 54" long (i never measured) 1 1/2" wade tapering down toww 3/8" at the tips, and pulls about 52#@26". cippy asked me to enter whatever bow i put these skins on in BOM so here she is. it'll go in tha mail next time i'm in town

Whoops, somehow I missed the pictures of the handle, I'll see if I can't wrestle them darn things on here tomorrow.
Thanks guys, I can't take all the credit for this, I've learned more from you fellow P.A.ers than anywhere else, you guys provided both the knowledge and the inspiration for this bow. Have a good one, duck
