Im steambending propeller twist out off a bow should I wait to sinew the bow after the bow is done drying or can I go straight to sinewing after steaming?

The wood is going to suck up plenty of the moisture from the sinew and hide glue anyway. Part of the process is waiting for the wood to then dry back down to match your local relative humidity...so, short answer (too late) go for it.
The wood does not really pick up a lot of moisture from steaming, so you really aren't causing any great difficulties.

Thanks appreciate the help
