Finished the arrows. This is just one of 4 that I made
which I brought into work to show off to my students.
Just under 30", Japanese arrow bamboo shafts,
store bought fletching, sinew from horse achilles
tendons bought in a pet shop, and some red thread.
Note: the mark on the nock for shooting orientation,
and the mark at my draw length which is 26.5".
I've been shooting them a bit and they're holding up
well. Although no luck on any pheasants last weekend.
Thanks for looking!

I have shot pheasants with judo points and had them fly away with my arrow, better use small broadheads. Beautiful arrows.

Good idea for the nock orientation.
