Title: Wild Rose
Post by: OsageWhisper on November 29, 2014, 06:54:49 pm
I'm going to try some wild rose and I have a question about the natural taper on the shaft. Should I use the thicker side for the nock end or for the point end.

Never had much luck with wild rose.....but using the thicker side for the point end is better.................. ;)

The big end is the point end!   Don't strip the bark until the shoots are completely dry or they will check. Wild rose makes very good arrows.
