No, this thread isn't about straightening or restraightening arrows.
For those who own a multitude of bows and who consider it of some importance to match arrows with a bow ..... how do ya keep straight which arrows go with which bow(s)?
-
Some folks use a color code for different spine weight arrows.

It may sound crazy Mike, but I remember every single arrow I have built. I have some 5-6 yrs old and know exactly what spine they are. I probably have a few hundred in my shop/basement range and know them all well!
-
I try and make most if not all my bows to be able to shoot the same arrow with maybe minor
point weight adjustment. :)

Wait'll ya get to be MY age & see how much ya remember!

I write the spine of every arrow directly on the shaft in small numbers with a fine tipped sharpie marker. I make too many arrows to remember.

I'm like PEARL. I can look at it and tell when, where, whats #'age Whats it is made of.
Start building shoot or cain arrows you'll know that answer. PLUS I HAV'NT FOUND IT A NEED TO MAKE LOTS OF ARROWS. Just what I need keeps me behind.

+1 adb
I also color code mine.

Color coded, sort of. I usually stain and fletch with colors that match the bow.
