Title: Old Popular Science articles about bows

I was poking around in Google Books just now and typed "popular science bow" as a search. I got lots of old articles from the 30's - 50's. Really interesting stuff, lots of instructions on how to make your own bow, complete with blueprints. It's a very entertaining and informative step back in time! I didn't check to see what other magazines you can search, and I haven't searched the Popular Science magazines on there using other terms (like "archery") yet.

Thanks for the link. Some interesting articles which I haven't seen before. Great to see how imaginative people of the past were without TV, internet etc.
