Title: River Cane in Southern Ohio?

I've heard that it grows in Ohio but I've never seen any. Would anyone know if it grows around here? I live right on the river in Scioto County.

there is agood size patch on poplar grove rd,peebles.that is within 5 miles of serpent mound.small stream runs along the north side of the road,it grows where you can see it from the road.i just stopped and got permision to cut some.
