Title: If you can't shoot an elk, at least score some wood!
Post by: Weylin on September 07, 2015, 11:12:46 pm: Elk hunting has been a blast so far but I haven't got into any elk. At least I found some really nice vine maple and ocean spray. Check out how big that ocean spray is! Now if I can manage to season it without it checking all to hell. >:(

I havnet gotten into any elk either. Finding were they were, but haven't found were they are...yet. Gotta love harvest time in the woods!

Cool, can't wait to see it. how did you season it? That's my biggest worry with these fat ones. As for the elk, hopefully you'll cross paths.

To the people who can't see my pictures, I'm perplexed. I'm using Google+ to host the photos but I've been doing that for awhile and haven't had any complaints. That's the only thing I can think of that might be an issue.

ha! it's a hardball. That would be some truly epic OS if that was a softball. maybe they grow that big up on the island.

So you couldn't see the picture before but now you can? weird.
