Title: Thanks for the blade Scott!
Post by: Bryce on December 17, 2015, 02:09:07 pm
The blade was made from glass buttes obsidian and crafted by our own stringman. The jaw bone came off my brothers first deer, and he'll be getting this for Christmas:)
Sheath is made from heavy elk leather from my first ever bull. Anyways thanks for looking:)

Thanks guys!

Yes total surprise, he has no idea. I just took the jaw bone and he was none the wiser. I plan on making another for myself but since this was my first I learned a few things that I will do differently

OUTSTANDING all the way around with great knapping and leather work but the thought behind the gift for your brother is even better.  Way to go guys.
