Title: Welk Shell
Post by: Zuma on February 05, 2016, 06:26:40 pm
Well Tom, I did my best. I think I could have picked a more bold motif.
Maybe black would have worked better for the etching??

Looks good to me Don. That's one well traveled Welk shell! Found itself a good home.

It would look good around your neck on Oooga Booga night!

Thanks for the nice comments Pappy,Tom and Lyman :)
It's the first time I tried to etch and form a shell.
I never paid  much attention to them other than their
natural  beauty. Finding a ancient motif to fit It is a struggle
to hopefully inhance that natural beauty.
I think of myself as a half fast artist.
Not much time to speed up or slow down.
