It seems late so maybe she was hiding them. Our resident doe. Twins last year and again this year. I guess rhododendrons and petunias are a healthy diet. I couldn't get all three in one frame. The one was bouncing around like crazy. They are about 20' from our deck. Not too worried.

It's amazing how you can just sit on the front porch and have such an amazing view!

Last year she would nurse them in that spot. I live beside a farm that extends right back through the populated area and joins into "wilderness". The deer use this as a passage down to the beach to get salt so we see lots of deer. This one is a resident though. She pretty much lives in the five or ten acres that ajoins my lot.

Thanks for posting the spots. 8)
I usually have a similar situation.
But now I have a new neighbor that
lets her German Shepard run. >:(

Nice pictures. I pulled my trail camera today and had some pictures of a big bellied doe. My batteries died several weeks ago. I'm sure she has had them by now.

I was telling my wife that I'd seen the doe with her fawns and she said that Facebook had just told her that it was this day last year that she posted some pictures of last years fawns. So I guess she wasn't late like I thought. It's been such a beautiful spring I guess I thought more of the year had passed.
