Hi Fellas  I'm researching making a Native American composite bow , I'm currently reading Adams book , & have read Jim Hamms & Laubins book but was wondering if any body knows of any other sources of info on this style bow , I'm Not that experienced of bower I'm just now working on my 8 th bow ,I have read Eds thread on horn processing & taking his advice on making several more bows before I start but would like to do my home work & gather my materials, any info would be appreciated ?

My sheep horn bow build along is on this same page...
My advice is to make a few short sinew backed wood  bows first
