I'm thinking with 145 grain points your probably going to want the 50 55 but I could be wrong.

45/50 with 125 gr points should work good.

I just tested a bunch of arrow spines over the last couple months all my bows are pulling between 50-55 lbs and I'm pulling 29 in but only shooting 125 grain heads  5 in flèche  530 grain total weight  31 in arrow & by far 45-50 works best for me

Does the bow have a cut in shelf? If not I'd use 40/45 29"bop w/125/145gr tips.

No shelf
It's 7/8" wide at the arrow rest.

either one will probably work, depending how long you leave them,,,I  usually leave mine a bit long and so the heavier spine works,,,, if I need to tune them I can cut them a bit shorter,,,, I have so many arrows,, I can usually try a few out and see what works before I buy some for a bow,, ok I know thats no very clear,,,, try the heavier spine,, cut them a bit long and shorten to tune,,

Max, with a 7/8" thick handle, you might even find that a 40-45 spine works best.  Your arrow has to bend around that handle and I usually find I need a much lighter spined arrows with my self bows.  Test some lighter spined shafts for sure.

I'd go with the 50-55 spined and start long(30" +) then shorten as needed. The 145gr head will reduce effective spine by5#. Also, for each inch over 28" subtract 5# per inch. I think 5# to 10# under the draw weight usually works for selfbows.

I have selfbows with 7/8" to 1" wide handles,no selfs. All range from 48#to 53#@ 28". I have good luck with 45/50 spine,125gr points, cut to 28-1/2". I draw 27-1/2 to 28".
