What stores sell unibond 800 in Canada..? Has anyone used Weldbond, it seems like a good product and it stays flexible., not sure if it has gap filling properties though.

Have you tried Lee Valley
Thanks Leroy

bow101, I've used Weldwood Plastic Resin with good results. It was very similar to Urac but mixes with water. As long as you keep the powder dry it has an unlimited shelf life. I don't know why more people don't use it.

Thanks I'll check it out.

It's cheap and easy. Hard to believe it is any good...but it is! ;)

I use Weldwood Plastic Resin for bamboo to wood joints and am very happy with the results. Mixes with water. Never had a failure. I had a few failures with URAC, but I think they were due to the URAC being beyond its shelf life. No such worries with Weldwood - just keep your powder dry and don't shoot till you see the whites of their eyes . . . .
