been working on this Lil board about two days . i thought i had it bending evenly but didn't have a tellering tree last night to check. and was hard to see how it was bending. made a tellering tree today and got it on there . going to try and mack it with deer rawhid. if it gets that far .

Do you have a profile pic?

Your outer third on your left limb is stiff.Left limb is doing most of it's work midlimb. The right limb is bending pretty good.

i haven't cut the tips down yet there still full width. and i thought it was stuff on the fade area a bet but it was hard to tell. i have not had any luck with making bows. just thought ID give it another try.

Like a broken record I put forth the same thing, you need a tillering gizmo.

Your tiiller looks like you are going for a lever type bow. No bend out board. Your profile doesn't show that to be the case. Finish the profile first, then work on getting the entire limb working. Eric mentioned the Gizmo. That or just a straight edge so that each section of the limb is doing it's share. You will end up taking lots of set the way your going now. Or a take down mid limb.

Keep going. Don't give up on it. You need to cut the taper in the limbs. Go look at the limb width taper and thickness taper of some of the bows on this site. That will give you an idea of what it needs to look like. Look at some board bow build along threads.

Yes width taper those limbs from midlimb on out will help with the bend on the outers a bit.
