Title: A lifetime yew supply, anyone (in Belgium)
Post by: joachimM on February 01, 2017, 08:56:12 am
Hi Folks,

this Belgian arborist colleague asked if anyone was interested to buy his stash of freshly cut yew. He has a sawmill to cut it as you like.
Find a picture below. I'm not gonna buy it (don't know the price either), but if you live somewhere in Europe not too far away from there and you badly want enough yew to build bows the rest of your life, let him know on his facebook profile \vanouytselgeert

cheers
Joachim

Woo nice haul  :)
I'm ok for Yew at the moment. It would be fun to get that all sawed up into staves and stored somewhere to season... now if only I had more room...
Do you think Mr's cat would notice if I built a seasoning shed and a sawmill in the back garden  >:D
