Post by: Theshadow38ish on February 16, 2017, 10:29:40 pm
Looking for advice on tiller.  This is a 72 inch bow.  In this pic it is at 28 inch draw and read 65 lbs.  my draw is 30 inch. Appreciate any input
 thanks

The right limb looks like it might have a hinge about 2/3 out the limb but it could be the shadow behind it tricking my eye. The left limb needs to bend more from the fade out about 6".

Need to know whether the limbs are equal length and whether pyramid or American long bow.

Yeah, like Ash arrow said.  We can see some spots the limbs aren't bending the SAME, but WHICH bend is appropriate depends on what the bow looks like from the front.

I am going for the American Long bow profile, and the upper limb is 1/2 inch shorter than lower limb.. I am thinking about bringing the fade in towards handle a half inch on upper limb.
