Title: Gobbler Guillotine heads

I am wondering if they make these in blue on heads or just the screw in?  Anyone have experience with them?

I made my own 2 blade style one. I took two of those snap a section safety razor knife replacement blades(the narrower ones) and pinned them with a dowel  after inserting them into a slit cut in the shaft extending to just behind the field point. They had a tenancy to want to sail off target at greater distances than 15-20 yards, but I rarely shoot farther than that with a stick bow anyways. I haven't field tested but would trust them to do the job.

John, I'm pretty sure they don't make them with glue ons. You could get the glue on inserts to convert to the screw on heads.

If you shoot cane or boo, you can buy the smallest diameter inserts for aluminum shafts.  They fit right in the hollow of the boo. You might need to bore it out just a little. Then just glue them in place with ferrule glue or hot glue.

The other converters mentioned work great on wood shafts, but are a special order item. It's easier to get the aluminum shaft inserts locally.

They didn't work very well for me JW shooting them with a self bow.

The adaptors are sold at that rivers archery place, around 6$ for 3 I think.

If you're willing to wait you can get the wood>screw-in adapters much cheaper at aliexpress...

I use them with the adapters, and have found them to shoot pretty well.  Mine are on bamboo (didn't think of using them without the adaptor, duh), which seems to be pretty forgiving spine-wise, so maybe that helps?  I still need to find a turkey to pose for me so I can really test one out.
