My brother has been knapping a bit for about a little over a year now. He went to the Michigan Flint knappers meet with me and where we both met Jeb. Jeb generously gave us some beautiful obsidian slabs. Neither my brother or myself have ever worked slabs but he watched a few YouTube videos messed up the first slab then did a real nice job on this one. I keep trying to get him to join the site but he doesn't think he good enough. I told him different, this blade needs to be posted. Thanks for the obsidian Jeb this is some really nice stuff

Thought I replied to these sorry. Yes Scott he has learned a lot and likes making blades. He picked up these slabs pretty good. Of course who knows what the next one will look like.lol. He's a lot like me just can't put it down until happy with it even if it is in two pieces before that. He does want to tell Jeb a big Thank You for everything.
Thanks Selfbow Joe, I'll tell him you said so
