Just a quick pic of probably a 3 year old a buck in the velvet cruising by the house this morning. Not the best pic though with my little camera.

That is a early morning picture Ed. I was thinking sunrise, but nothing wrong seeing that first thing in the morning. Probably didn't wait for you to finish your coffee though.

You know Ed I have been seeing lots of bucks and does mixed together this year. Is kinda strange

That is a nice sight to see early in the morning. Bucks have a big growth spurt in antler growth the last couple weeks of June. Its getting to be that time of year. Hunting season will be here before we know it!

Last night I heard that pfffff sound deer make, louder than I ever thought possible, every 2 minutes or so, about 15 yards into the woods from my house. It sounded pissed! Went on for about an hour. I think a predator was nearby.

Good to see their numbers back up Ed
