Final specs: 66" ntn, 45# @28". I went to my archery store and the bloke helped me get a dozen 650 spine cedar arrows. They're nice and light and they fly great.
Here's some photos:
Full draw for those who missed it in my other thread:

Using some pieces of old yoga mat stuffed into a pizza box as a target for now. It's a lil small but I can hit it every time so that's nice.

Bow shoots really nice. No hand shock, smooth draw, feels good. Now I just have to work on my technique a bit. I bruised my wrist a little, and I know my elbow tends to wander skywards.
Looking forward to the next one. Thanks everyone for your generous help during the process (SH) (SH) (SH)

Congratulations man doesn't that feel good? I was completely hooked the first time I shot mine.

I'm not yet a bowyer, but I hope to be able to make one soon. That bow looks really good to me.

That is a very good tiller on that bow no matter how long you have been working on bows. Excellent job!

Very nice tiller. BJ's right, there's nothing like shootin' one of your own. Congrats! :)

Thanks!
All it took for me to improve so much on my previous bows was a bit of patience.

Congrats on a very nice bow.

Nice work ! It must feel great to let one fly for the first time..

Looks like ashooter, and your arrows are all sticking in the target parallel, so that's a start. ;)

Does anyone know where I could learn how to teach myself good shooting form? Or where I could upload a video and have them critique what I'm doing?
-
Julian there is a shooting forum here on PA if you go to the Main Discussion Area. Lotsa good stuff there.

Congrats! Looks like a great shooter.

Congrats,on your bow.

Very good job, Julian and from the position of the arrows in the target both you and the bow are good shooters.
There are quite a few different styles of shooting; instinctive, gap, etc. Find the one that suits you best and stick with it. Consistency is the key to good shooting.
Patience is the bowyers #1 tool. ;)

You did a great job making that bow bend, and you shoot it well too.

There is a paperback book titled "Become The Arrow" by a fellow named Byron Ferguson. I may take some flak for suggesting this book, but he covers every aspect of shooting the "Bare Bow"
What I took from this book the most was coming to a solid anchor with the arrow directly under the eye - bow slightly canted, and a relaxed fluid release. Like Pat B said - if you find what works for you and repeat until it's ingrained in your muscles and mind, you'll be there.

Very nice! Awful cool to know "I did that" when the arrows hits the target.
