I have never posted any pictures of any of my bows on here because I didn't know how to. But recently I found out how to post and I'm excited to share. This is my hunting bow I recently made it a recurve and it now draws 63lbs at my 24inch draw. Launching these 450 grain 24%foc arrows at 160 to 165 fps and I made the quiver that is attached to the bow.

Very nice bow. I'd love to see some details on that now quiver. I'm trying to come up with a design for my own right now.

I'll have to get some pictures. I basically created a kind of hourglass shape with the main piece of leather and then two side pieces. I then punched and stich ed all three pieces together. Then I cut out 2 pieces of leather for the holder glued them together drilled three 5/16th inch holes about 5/8 in from the edge and then cut slightly narrower slots to each hole. These were then attached to a piece of aluminum which was bent and shaped to have 2 contact points 9n the bow. I plan to replace this with bent and laminated wood. The last thing I did was make an insert into the hood that has 3 holes with slits radiating from each hole this makes it so that my field point or broadhead are kept in place and can't hit into eachother.

Here are some pictures. Of the quiver.

The only issue that I've had with the quiver is that after a few shots it rocks back toward me. It's more of an annoyance than an issue. Anyone have any ideas on how to make b it rock solid?

Nice bow Archeryrocks. That should be plenty enough to get the job done. Good Luck with your hunt. Glad you figured out how to post pictures. Don't forget to take some of your hunt.

I did shoot a turkey once, and it ran off with my arrow sticking out of it, I saw him the next day and he was still flying and I never did recover him. That being the first animal I had ever shot at it was kind of a tramatic experience.
