I drew out my plans on this rock and the first big flake almost ruined them. A big overshot turned and took off the whole far side but left a good angle to work the other side with and almost enough rock to finish according to the plan.
This was all direct percussion, with two pressure passes on each side with an ishi stick to finish it.

I used that angle to take some big flakes off that side then then took some off each end on the first side to straighten it out some curve that it had
-
I used a copper bopper to reduce it to this
-
Then I made the two pressure passes around it on each side with a ishi stick

Nice work, I still have some tabs I picked up last year. You cooking those up first?
-
Excellent job! Looks like you’re fully recovered from your “Time Off”!

That's awesome 1442. I look at your plan and see that point, but when I try to execute it I end up with a small Atlatl point. Very nice

thanks y'all
Jeb, I don't cook em. Tabs like this one work about like Georgetown and don't need heat.
I do the same thing bjrogg, plans are flexible
