				Hello all,
have not posted anything in a loooooooooong time. Mostly because I have not finished a bow in years (some are in the making...)
Have made lots of other stuff, and thought you might like this here: it's a replica of a ball-headed warclub of the Algonquin. Well, almost a replica. Has features of other eastern woodland clubs that worked better with the piece of ash that I used.
Kind of difficult to take good pictures of this. Will try for better ones later...
Hope you like it!

This is in the making right now:
Chingachgoog's gunstock warclub from the Last Of The Mohicans movie in the measurements of the original.

				Those are pretty cool.

				Love the warclub
the scar in the cheek add even more character  )P(

			-
Is the warclub carved from one piece or how did you attach the ball?

			-
				Thanks all!
@GlisGlis: yes, the scar is really cool, like that a lot.
@DC: yes, one piece. The stem grew more or less horizontal, had been cut long time ago and a shot grew out of it. Stem became the head, shot became the handle.

Remember seeing one similar to that ball club at the Heye museum in NYC sometime in the 60s. You did good.
