Title: Memorial Weekend
Post by: YosemiteBen on May 24, 2019, 08:38:15 am
Shout out to All who have had family serve in any branch of service, all who are currently serving and those who will. Stay safe this weekend and take a moment to be thankful for what you have and those who have given all for you to have it.

This last batch of arrows, I started naming each one after a Medal of  Honor  recipient.  Next batch will be POW's and MIA's.

Sorry a little late posting here. We came home from Marshall yesterday and came to a road block. The police officer apologized for the delay. He said they should have blocked the road a mile before that but someone didn't get the timing right. The parade was going to come down the street to the cemetery. He said it shouldn't take long. Was a small parade. Just a couple fire trucks and a tractor or two. I told him not to apologize. That's what this day is all about.
Sorry it's a bit late but thanks to all who serve and their loved ones
