Completed a sinew backed edge grain Yew bow(my first edge grain bow ever). Holds nice reflex when unbraced. Didn't have much wood to work with from the beginning, basically tuned a piece of scrap into a bow:) Chose not to tiller it any further for fear of loosing draw weight. A snappy lightweight shooter perfect for lady’s or youth bow. Pulls to 25”, rated 24# @ 24”. 48" OAL.

Say, that looks pretty darn good. Your form is on point too. Good job on going from scrap to bow.

Great looking short bow! I really like the bend and the pattern and color on the sinew back. Very nice bow!

Looks nice, interesting finish work. I just got my nephews shooting bows I recently finished. Hope that one can find a young person, also.
