I’m sure it was.
I gotta try one of those. I have the bow ready to put sinew on.

So , HOW do you string a bow with that much reflex?
-
thank you Selfbowman
Bjrogg looking forward to see what you making,,
Bentstick,,Im sure there are better ways, ,but I just tied some temporary nocks below the real nocks,, and used a long string to pull it ,, then I put the string on,, after I got it evened up and the weight down a bit,, I can string it stepping through it,, but I think a bow stringer would be better really,,its still a little tricky,, a straight tip bow is way easier to string,, :)

Thanks Brad. I have trouble stringing them when they have 1-1/2” to 2” of reflex. Always interested in learning techniques others use.

That will be quiet the bow when you are finished with it. Nice profile ,and plenty of reflex, and looks uniform. I like it. Waiting to see what that one shoots through a chrony.

Sweet bow :0
Another way is to bend the bow over your knee (sat down) and have someone else put the string in the nock. Works well with the hornbows. Gives perfect control.

Beautiful profile Brad. Looking forward to seeing this one finished up.

Very awesome bow. These short bows are so intriguing.
String them is a pain. I am working on two highly reflexed bows, one is 41" and reflexed about 9-10", more reflex than ever done, and I ended up building a peg board to get it strung.....and its still not easy. Any other ideas out there?
