I made a gorgeous character Yew ELb a while back that exploded after about 300 shots. I started on 2 replacement so that the guy I'd made it for would have a choice.
The one he didn't choose was a rather scruffy thing with the pith running up the belly, a kink at one end, some sideways bend and some ugly dflex at the tips. Other than that it was fine ;)
Anyhow, I finished it off and here's a composite pic showing unstrung, braced and full draw in one pic. (about 55# @ 28")

That would have been the one I picked. Love it

Me too! Who don't love wonky. 8) :OK
-
Phenomenal. Great job Del!
-
That's the one I would've picked
-
Wonkey, yes, but knowing your skills Del, definitely not a donkey.

Beautiful bow. Love a wonky bow!

Amazing Del! I’m not sure I’d have the guts to put a tool on that stave if it was the last stave on earth!
-
Really cool. Ha! What a bow
-
Very nice Mr Cat. I’m sure it looks even better in hand.

That is a pretty cool looking bow. Nice

Just been out roving with it, performs nicely, I used my "standard" field arrows 400 gn and it went about 200yards on one shot (slight tail wind). It out performed my expectations. :)
One of the guys took some pics, so I should have a nice live full draw pic later.

Neat tillering to my eyes, and a thing of beauty.
-
Beautiful execution on that wonky stick Del.
-
that tillering must have been a real challenge
-
Exactly what I was waiting for Del! :) Great execution! I bet that flipped lower tip will provide a nice extra boost (-S

As I said on another site, that we well past a wonk and deep into the kronk territory! Comes as no surprise the nutters in here like it. Call me a nutter, because I like it, too.
