Title: string length. longbow

I am making a maple board bow. I am just a little concerned on my string length. is it measured from the tips of the bow or the string grooves? thanks

NTN--nock to nock. About three inches shorter than unstrung ntn length.

So if the knock to knock is 66.5 would I round up to 67 or down to 66 for the string length?
