Title: south carolina anyone?
Post by: Robert Pougnier on November 20, 2025, 09:02:25 pm
Hey PA community,

I'm down in south carolina for a few months (georgetown area), then Asheville NC for march before heading back up to Vermont.

I'm wondering if there are any other bowyers or trad archers in these areas that would be interested in meeting up for some stump/target shooting, trades or just to get together? I'm typically in Vermont but have been travelling around fairly frequently and am now making archery tackle full time for the forseeable future. I have lots of materials.

Reach out if you're around!

Thanks

I live in McCormick County now. Chris Cade lives next door to me also. I've got nine targets set up and a flint knapping area. we also have plenty of Japanese arrow bamboo and river cane growing. come on down anytime.

Hi Mullet,

I'd love to come down and visit sometime. It would be really neat to check out some bows and do some shooting! I just looked on the map and I am a little over 4 hours from the town of McCormick. I could pull that off for sure.

Is there any time that would be best? I'll be in SC until march 1st.
