Title: Daughter's New Bow from the MOJAM Auction
Post by: tom sawyer on July 20, 2008, 11:18:43 pm
My youngest is growing like a weed and her rattan bow is getting too small for her, so we decided to buy her a new bow at this year's MOJAM auction.  The bow we won was made by Loyd Lippert, and it is truly special.  Sinew-backed osage, copperhead skins and long cow horn overlays.  Pulls around 15lb, plenty for her to grow into.  I got one of Loyd's bows for my older daughter at last year's auction, building up quite a collection.  Only one (little) kid left, guess next year might be his year.

Can you tell whether Emily likes her new bow?

Lennie, She is a beauty...and the bow is quite attractive too. ;D   A nice little Holmgaard style bow.      Pat
