I just finished this one well the finish ain't dry enough to string it.. It is 63"NTN 48# at 28" boo backed Ipe with a Osage handle stiffener in between the boo and Ipe. The handle is purple hart,Ipe and cocobolo limb tip over lays are Ipe and Osage. Stained the boo burgundy color. I will post more pics tomorrow after it is dry..

Ha Ha, you got me on that one. I was trying to figure out what was going on in that third picture. The boo looks like it was spliced or lifting or something. I finally figured out it was a funny angle on the arrow rest. :-[ Another great looking bow there partner. Justin

Thanks Rich.. I am getting low on Ipe just trying to get my funds together.. I have osage but since working with the Ipe im in no hurry to use it.. ;D..

ya i love that ipe too,just not too keen on the cost though
but man what it can do for a bow, only way to describe it is "WOW"
i like hedge too,but ipe is just unbelievable,jmho
keep 'em coming i likes looking at them

Cowboy.. I dont think you will be disappointed.. It realy is amazing bow wood.. I can at this point say I like it better than osage for bamboo backed bows..
