Title: Another small point
Post by: madcrow on October 11, 2008, 10:05:13 pm
It is bigger than the other two, but still too small.  This amy end up on a necklace.  I tried for a small clovis.  Let me know what you think.

Looks more like a Folsom good job. Who did the Quill work, that's really nice, too.

Wow, that is nice quill work.  Sorry, I don't know much about that type of point...but it looks like you've got the hang of it. ;D

I never claimed to be a pointologyst.  I guess the pic that I was looking at on the net was labeled wrong. ??? ;D ;D ;D.  Atleast I made one that did pass for a named point.  Anyway thanks.  The bag was made by Quillsnkiko on paleo.  I got it in a pouch in the hat on there earlier this year.  I think she did a great job on it.  Even burned a crow on the inside of the flap.  It all appears to be hand stitched so it had to take quite a bit of time.
