Title: sneak peek (51" hickory short bow)

Here's a peek at the 51"ntn hickory pyramid limb design bow I was asking your opinions on last week.  I still have quite a bit of finish work to do, so I don't know how quick I'll have the finished pics.

Nice bow brother. A hickory bow is a good thing to have.

Thanks Papa Matt!  This one was a short part of a stave that I split out of a tree here at my house back in August.

She looks good to me. Maybe a bit stiff on the right limb at the handle. Well done for such a short stave.     Pat

Wow, that's amazing. I would never have thought a hickory self-bow could take that kind of bending. Fantastic!
