Title: Floating hand drill?
Post by: Kegan on June 16, 2009, 03:09:12 pm
I figured this summer I'd have at some friction fire fun, trying some wet and green materials (as Jamie has suggested), as well as trying to learn the floating hand drill tecnique. I've looked up how to do it and found some videos of Rob B (the man who first started it?) showing the method.

Has anyone tried it, or maybe has some tips?

I'm not sure who Rb B is but l'm sure hes not the person who started that method.
Heres a guy who seems to have mastered this skill.
The first video shows just how fast he is and the second shows you how to do it.

Sorry, I meant Rob B. The sight I found had just said something about him creating the tecnique or whatever. I really have no idea.

Thanks for the videos :)
