We gotta get you in the kitchen at the classic for a meal or 2. Looks delicious. One question though. Do people in the south ever eat vegetables besides potatoes? ;D Im only basing it on my experience at the classic. Meat, cornbread, and meat Those are the food groups ;D Tasty though. I also was never hungry.
These are the last ribs I ate. Bear ribs. Very good but greasy :)

mighty fine ribs there Jesse-S and yes we eat veggies lol but meat and taters are good mmm my fav is corn on the cob ;D

That's just plain mean spirited to post such luscious delicacies when I was already hungry anyway...lol
Thanks! I'm gonna go find something to eat now, maybe a cardboard box..lol I think after getting so stimulated by your pictures I could eat the north end of a south bound mule.

Jesse, yeah, we also eat ramps and poke sallet. Those are vegetables. And Vidalia onions. And jalapeno peppers. ;D Those bear ribs look good. Haven't had a mess of bear in a couple of years.

Yep, Turnip greens, collard greens, mustard greens, corn on the cob, cabbage, pole beans, snap peas, conk peas, black eye peas, Swamp Cabbage,,, did I mention Greens?
And I can guarantee when I get home I won't be eating rice and beans for awhile.

Eddie, glad you got back in one piece. Those ribs look gooood. So do the portabellas and asparagus. I have some of those plates just like the one the corn is on, too.
