Well i finally get to post a picture of a kill :) 17# jake, shot with my ERC, Cedar shaft and 2 blade Zwickey. Had 2 jakes come in on 4-21-10 @ 6:20 am. Only 1 left ;D 8 yard shot. Not the biggest bird, but a trophy in my book !

Was looking at those funny arrows you make...ya forgot the broadhead on one and the fletching on the other! Awful short arrows, too. >:D
Got a fall season? I'm sure there isn't much turkey meat left by now, time for another?
-
GOOD JOB!!!!! I hope that you were using that wing bone call as well cause you Da' Man JEFFW
-
Postman, Thanks !
Thanks swamp yeti
JW, We have a fall season, but i didn't put in for a tag, never had any luck with Turkeys in the Fall
Thanks Jeff, yes i called it in with the wing bone yelper i made !
Hope to post a picture soon of me and a deer ;D
-
Wingbone calls are the best, especially young of the year jakes taken in the fall. 9-12 lbs of delish birdy and two sets of bones for making calls!
-
John, that is a nice one for sure! Too bad about the arrow, but at least you have lots of mighty fine fletching to put on that short arrow now. ;D ;D......got a cross bow? ::)
Wayne
-
Thanks, Wayne, no crossbow, but i have been thinking about making one.....I don't mind when an arrow breaks exspecially when i get a critter with one ;D
-
Best way ever invented for breaking an arrow.
