Title: marlons new warbow
Post by: Badger on May 07, 2007, 08:42:05 pm
marlon left me a message that he shot his now war bow made by Mark St loius, over 200 yardss with a 2,000 grain arrow. That is some accomplishment and would take a great shooter and great bow. Maybe Marlon can come on here and tell us more about it. Steve

Wow Marlon--what an accomplishment.  2000 grains--that's like a brick.  You're a talented and dangerous man. :o

Excellent distance. Now we need to know the distance with english standart arrow :)

Marlon did you ground the arrowheads to shape, or did you left them as they came?

Congrats Marc.

it's a marriage between a good shooter and a good bow that makes the great shots.  I wish I knew how to figure the ballistics on that so it could be projected out to a standard arrow as jaro suggested. Steve
