This was made by a good friend of mine and brought it to the Classic.I told him I would post it for him.He is supposed to have a story in P.A. in a few months about it.Ron is the one that got me started making bows and is a very tallented guy.It is 70 in n-n Narrow limb Osage 50@28.He shoots
it off his hand ,no shelf.I think he shot it with Ryan and his wife at the Tn. Classic. :)

Quite the tips. So is this an ALB considering that it is made of osage and not yew? Anyway, got it set up for May Self Bow of the Month...tell your friend, "congratulations".

Ron's a very talented person, not only does he make really nice bows...but is a good musician as well. Also a great all around person to boot! :)
-
Pappy, did you get a unbraced picture of that bow? That was what I was impressed with....it holds like 4" or reflex, which makes it a bit of a bugger to string being that long and narrow. It shot very fast though for it draw weight.
-
No I didn't and wished after the fact I had.I saw it and unlike some of his bow it had no string follow at all.I was in a hurry and just got the full draw.I know he enjoyed shooting with yall,he has
become a really good friend over the years to me and my family.

I thought a ALB had more of a flat belly, where an ELB has more of a rounded belly.
Call it what you want, it is a beautiful bow. And yes Ron was a nice fellow too. Justin
