Title: how do i enter the bow of the month competition?

Hello ,i am better at making bows than using computers,i need to know how to enter the bow of the month or year competition,i cant find a link to enter it.also i want to put pictures of my bows on here cant find a way of doing that either.ive just finished an ash snake bow and want to show, her ,it off,.....
