We welcome you to our occasional, sorta monthly knapping gatherings. ANYONE is welcome to come and participate or observe. Beginners and wannabe's are especially welcome and Jim Spears is normally here to help you get a good a start.
Our core group is Christian and strives to behave as such so please do not bring any drugs or alcohol. However, please DO bring food for the picnic table! Also, do bring a chair and safety glasses are a very good idea. If you are into bows and atlatls, bring 'em! We love to shoot and throw. Many of the guys are excellent bow builders and enjoy talking shop with you.
This is not a commercial knap-in so no one sets up to sell. There's no problem with buying a rock from a buddy but we just do not want selling to be the focus here.
