Wills computer laid down on him, so i'm posting this picture for him. He used "Hot Lips", a river cane arrow and a 200 grain Ace broadhead to make a great shot on this wise 'ol doe. 8) Congrats Buddy! ;)

Way to go. Nice doe.

Congrats on the nice doe, with nice equipment. God Bless

With that long and narrow face she is no yearling doe. I'd love to see her lower jaw molars to get an estimate on her age. Those mature does are no cakewalk! Nice seeing HotLips again, too.
-
Congrats Will! Looks like "Hot Lips" delivered the kiss of death! No intention of disrepect for the doe.... :)

Great job Will. She does look to be an old wise doe. It's good to take them out so they don't alert the whole woods you're there. Have had that happen more
than once. Hope to see ya'll in about three weeks.

Thanks again you guys, I'm gettin off early today and plan on hitting the woods. Found another big white oak that just started rainin acorns a few days ago. This afternoon should be HOT! As for that doe, this was the first time I had passed on deer to shoot one in particular. There were three that came in early and started feeding about 50 yds out, I had a pocket full of acorns and started droppin em out of mt stand which immidetly brought the two younger ones under me. But I elected to wait for the eldest to come in. I thought I had made a mistake when she took about 15min longer and came in a completely different direction downwind! But it all worked out in the end :)
