Title: Latest issue
Post by: Pappy on January 08, 2013, 06:25:45 am
I know I am a little slow.but have just finished the last issue of PA, I will have to say it is one of the best issues I have seen, great mix of stories. I read it all cover to cover and very unusual for me, not an article in it that wasn't very well written
and very informative and interesting. Big high 5 to all the writers and Ed and the rest for putting it together. Very impressive. :) :)

I would have to agree, Pappy.  It was a very good issue.  I too, read every word.

Yup, now we have to wait for another issue..............I think Ed needs to double the pages in the magazine!

Good work. Ya I think a few more pages in 'er would be benificial. I can speak for myself and other newbies in this field of Bowyerism, a few more tips and build principles on bows like leather wraps, handles, doing knocks,  arrow shelfs, backings, lams, glues, arrow building, performance issues, wood issues, and all the other great stuff regarding bows.
Keep up the good work and thanks again.

This last issue is very good, lots of Technical stuff, some knives and the gatherings with photos were really well done.

I'm still trying to figure out this message board and on line magazine. There is so much I want to learn.
I have a bow roughed out of Juniper and don't know how to finish. But I found the article about making my own bow string and that makes it worth every penny. Thanks a lot, I'm hooked.

Ed, your mailman has been logging in here for a few weeks.  Ask him!

You should be currently perusing the June/July while impatiently waiting for the next issue to arrive.
