Hows eavrybody doing I knows it's been a while. I've been off other sites. But my bow and arrow builds has'nt changed up done. Last season I arrowed my 40th selfbow buck 4 1/2,7 point maybe a 95 incher. That also made my 100 buck over all.
Did'nt kill any gobblers but yearbefoe last I killed a 2 year od with a osiden tip. This season on NO.V 20 th I arrowed a high 120" 8 POINT Shot him with a TEXAS chert point doggwood shaft. Never found him. Been looking back in there 8 times so far.
Anyways I'll have more time I'll get on more often.
Heres my 40 th buck. I shot on OCT. 29 th of year before last.

Hay that buck I shot the 29tth of OCT. only found 2 drops opf blood. Our seaon ends in JAN. 1st. Me and BIER went rabbit hunting on the second. I found him not 15 or 20 yards from where I'd found blood.
Same thing happen this year NOV.20 th. Shot him 10 yards as he passed me. I gut shot on a steep angle. 2 Drops of blood I've looked for him 8 times so far no luck.

I'm not sweating it SIDEWINDER I learned along time back if you bow deer excape. An if your shooting big 4 ,5 year old mature 200 pound bucks. The have a lot bigger will to live so you and tent to lose a few more. AND I HAVE. But I'd stilll like to find the skull. He was a mounter. And I just might do it. Plus I like to get my head back.
He came almost staight at me passed by me 10 yards, angled behind me, winded me turned came back same trail. I shot him 10 yards at such a shape angle. Hit him at the last rib and feathers disapeared arrow went perty straight up inside him. I do'nt think there was enough angle for the arrow to come out the other side. If it did had to be either behind the leg or through it. I had a OSAGE 58" 55@26. But not enough blood for it to come out. I had a old osage I'd built 15 years ago. 58" 55@26"
Anyways none of that matters now. I'll be one here more since I've got more time.
