Title: Self bifacing rock
Post by: 1442 on March 02, 2016, 07:41:00 am
Got a big chunk of rock in trade recently and there was a nice spall in there too, so even though I didn't have time I had to try it out and got this out of it so far.
I think it's hornstone but can't remember for sure without looking.
Thanks J. C. for the rock, I'm loving it.
Just wanted to post a pic before I leave out of town in a bit.

thanks y'all. I carried this piece to Oklahoma with me but never got a chance to work on it while there.
We got a lot of rain forecast for tomorrow which ought to give me some time to knap hopefully and I will git er done.
