Title: My 115# warbow
Post by: AliciaArchery on March 21, 2016, 12:33:35 pm
Soon I am getting the warbow. It is done and the bowyer has to shoot it before sent to me. It is made of bamboo, maple and hickory.

That looks very tidy Alicia, and looks very much like a self yew at first glance. I don't really know the characteristics of maple but bamboo backs tend to make fast bows, I hope you get on with the bow and  it's a sweet shooter. 8)

Certainly looks serviceable from the photos!  Of course, we will need to see you in a pic with full draw to be able to form a decent opinion!

Alicia

look forward to seeing more when you get the bow, and hearing the report.

If you are willing to post here with the rest of us, I already have a decent opinion of you. You do not have to be in the pic if you don't want to be, and don't let what that JW guy says worry you
