Knappers bow doesn't have a backing, except skins of course?

Thank you Pearly for pointing that out. Knapper indicated on the PM that he submitted his bow on that it was a self bow. I put it in the wrong category. I have spoken with knapper and I'm removing it from this contest. It will appear in the June Self BOM.
