Title: I did a jig

 little crappie jig from a Georgetown flake with an elm bark leader. It hangs horizontal good

Those hooks are just too cool, but are they hard to catch fish on? Does a worm stay on them good? Or do you use a plastic grub?

Gutshot. I've use artificial plastic baits, strips of leather and feathers tied to the hook, and just the hook with no bait has caught a couple.
With no barb you do have to bring them in quick and give them no slack. I probably loose half the fish that hit it maybe slightly more,
