Title: Retrieving lost password

  Setting up a new computer and I don't remember my password. PA says it will send me one in my e email but it never shows up???

Steve,
It may be going to your junk mail.  If it is, you can move it to your in box and clear PA for regular contact by marking it "not junk"

WOW!!  I got it right for a change!  Btw, had the same sort of problem with email from our home brewers club.
