Title: experimenting with ink and acrylic,,

made some arrows for a friend,, was gonna make them match,, didnt happen,,  working with ink and acrylic,, sure easy to find when stump shooting,,or after shooting through a deer,, )P(

Those are some pretty fancy arrows there Brad the only ink I put on mine is to mark the spine and they look like a 3 yr old wrote it ,your friend will love them !

pretty nice detailing, Brad. almost too nice to shoot.

thats what I like to shoot,, I think they fly great and that works for me,, if someone wanted to cut them down a bit,, easy,, just take a scissors and cut them back to suit your needs,,,

Those are cool ! Years ago, A Friend used to do what He called "Story Arrows" - there would be a small hunting scene on each Arrow. Keep up the good work  :OK. Bob

my friend did that too, these are inspired by him,, his name was Kim Brooks..do you know his work,,,amazing,
DC,,, I dont know about that,,, but maybe ,, who knows,,,
I enjoy making them,,its stress relieving ,,, and great fun to shoot them or give them away,,,

awesome labour of love!
extremely creative!

from what i have read, banana's are purported to stabilize the shaft quickly, and are very quiet.
a friend of mine just did a fletch on some shafts he built that were a combo of banana and shield. quite novel!

Wayne, where did you find the info on the banana fletch?  And how well does the mixed fletch shoot, does it work with other mixes?

Pearl,, making a bow is art talent, you carving a functioning piece of art every time,,
thank you guys for the postive comments,, I had fun making them,, but guess it was a bit of work too,,
I did some stump shooting on the mountain with some similar,, and it was easy to find them,,
